Techwin precise parte co.,Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise that is listed on the New Three Boards and that specializes in the development and manufacturing of precision mould, precision structural member and high-gloss no-mark injection moulding, the production and manufacturing of auto plastic parts, and the development, production and sale of intelligent electrical products and intelligent network electronic products. Techwin covers a floor space of 50 mu in Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Zone which is a high-tech development zone of the State. Techwin Precision Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huizhou Techwin Precision Components Co., Ltd., is also located in Zhongkai High-tech Zone and has been specializing in the production of high-precision components. Now this company has played a leading role in the manufacturing of precision plastic mould.
Through development over the past ten-odd years, now Techwin has two companies as our major production bases for precision components and precision technology. Presently Techwin is a professional manufacturer that offers molding integration-related total solutions involving the design and manufacturing of precision mould, precision moulding production, and post-processing in the electronic telecommunication and auto parts industry. Techwin is also a professional manufacturer for the terminal products of smart home electronic products. So far our company has obtained more than ten patents and intellectual properties as well as TANTECH trademark of our own.
So far Techwin is able to turn out 600 sets of precision mould, 8,000 injection products, 3 million sets of electronic products and 6 million electrical products annually.
Techwin has established such functional departments as city-level engineering R&D center, inspection & test center, mould business department, and electronic business department. At the same time, our company is equipped with high-end cutting-edge equipment and high-precision detecting instrument, and has a team of powerful CAD/CAM/CAE software application talents and the ability in hardware processing. Moreover, we have an excellent team for the development and manufacturing of intelligent electronics. Now Techwin has become one of the few enterprises in Guangdong that can make a comprehensive use of the mould technology, steam technology, E-MCO electronic technology, and injection molding technology and that has successfully produced high-gloss no-mark products on a large scale.
Techwin has obtained the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO/IATF 16949:2016 system certification. From 2015 to 2016, Techwin was rated as “gazelle enterprise” of Zhongkai High-tech Zone for consecutive years. Furthermore, Techwin was rated as excellent cooperation partner by many Chinese and foreign customers for consecutive years. We have also established strategic partnership with many enterprises among the top 500 enterprises of the world and among the 100 top enterprises of China. So far Techwin has finished construction of Techwin Smart Industrial Park which is to be put into use soon. This Park, covering an area of 50,000 square meters in Guantian Industrial Park of Zhongkai High-tech Zone, lays a solid foundation for a higher productivity in the future and provides spacious platform and room for Techwin’s sustainable development in the future.
